  • Standard support resolution target: within three business days.
  • Deletion, correction, and takedown requests: resolution target within 30 days.
  • Security or abuse reports: triaged same business day when received.

What to include

  • Your account email and affected group or cover IDs when possible.
  • Clear description of the issue and expected outcome.
  • Relevant screenshots or links.
